1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Ojoo Creator Workspace (“Ojoo”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You may use Ojoo Creator Workspace only with a valid account provided or approved by the service administrator and only for channels that you are authorized to manage.
2. Your Ojoo Creator Workspace account
You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information, promptly report suspected unauthorized access, and follow any account-security instructions shown in Ojoo Creator Workspace.
3. YouTube and Google authorization
Ojoo Creator Workspace uses Google OAuth to connect a YouTube channel. You choose whether to grant the permissions requested on Google’s authorization screen. By connecting a channel, you confirm that you have authority to manage that channel and authorize Ojoo Creator Workspace to perform the actions you initiate within the approved Google permissions.
Ojoo Creator Workspace is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or YouTube. Your use of Google and YouTube remains subject to their applicable terms, policies, and platform rules.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Ojoo Creator Workspace to violate laws, platform policies, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of others. You must not use Ojoo Creator Workspace to distribute harmful content, bypass platform safeguards, misuse credentials, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another user’s data or channels.
5. Your content and channel actions
You retain responsibility for every video, title, description, tag, playlist, thumbnail, comment, notification, and other content or action submitted through your account. You are responsible for confirming visibility settings and reviewing content before publishing it to YouTube.
6. Service availability and third-party services
Ojoo Creator Workspace depends on internet connectivity and third-party services, including Google, YouTube, and optionally Telegram. Features may be unavailable, changed, limited, or refused when a third-party service changes its APIs, permissions, quotas, or policies. We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
7. Account, channel, and data management
You can remove a connected channel from the Upload Portal. Administrators may manage user accounts and transfer a channel only when required for authorized support or ownership management. We may suspend or disable an account that violates these Terms, creates a security risk, or is required to be restricted by law or platform policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Ojoo Creator Workspace is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular upload results, or that YouTube will accept every requested action. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and reviewing the results of actions you perform through Ojoo Creator Workspace.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Ojoo Creator Workspace, applicable law, or third-party platform requirements. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Contact ojoo.th17@gmail.com with questions.
