1. Who we are
Ojoo Creator Workspace (“Ojoo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent workspace for users who manage their own video channels. This policy applies to the public website, Upload Portal, and Admin Portal operated by Ojoo Jaae.
2. Information we process
We process only the information needed to provide Ojoo Creator Workspace’s channel-management features:
- Workspace account information: username, password hash, optional full name, optional email address, account status, and sign-in activity.
- Google authorization data: OAuth access and refresh credentials that Google issues after you approve a connection for your own YouTube channel. We do not receive or store your Google Account password.
- YouTube channel data: channel identifiers, name, handle, channel statistics, connection state, and user-created display labels.
- YouTube content data: video metadata, thumbnails, visibility settings, playlists, comments, and metrics needed for the actions you select in Ojoo Creator Workspace.
- Workspace data: upload history, templates, settings, and files you choose to upload through Ojoo Creator Workspace.
3. How we use Google user data
Ojoo Creator Workspace uses Google user data only to provide the YouTube action that you initiate. Depending on the permissions you approve, this includes connecting your channel, reading channel and video information, uploading a video, updating video details, working with playlists, and posting, replying to, editing, or removing comments.
Ojoo Creator Workspace does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow third parties to use it for their own advertising purposes. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide a user-requested integration, comply with applicable law, or protect the security and integrity of Ojoo Creator Workspace.
Ojoo Creator Workspace’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Where data is stored and who can access it
Ojoo Creator Workspace stores account records and workspace data on the application server. A YouTube authorization is stored separately for the user and channel that created it, so standard users only access their own connected channels through the Upload Portal.
Authorized service administrators can manage Ojoo Creator Workspace user accounts and channel ownership for support and operational purposes. The Admin Portal does not display the contents of a user’s OAuth credentials. We use HTTPS in production and do not intentionally expose credentials through public pages or API responses.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. If you explicitly configure Telegram notifications, Ojoo Creator Workspace sends the notification content you choose, such as upload results and video URLs, to the Telegram destination configured in your workspace. Google and YouTube process requests made through their services under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Retention, deletion, and revoking access
We retain data while it is needed to operate your workspace. You can remove a connected channel from Ojoo Creator Workspace; this removes the local channel connection and its saved authorization credential. You can also revoke Ojoo Creator Workspace’s Google access from your Google Account security settings.
To request deletion of your Ojoo Creator Workspace account or associated data, contact us at ojoo.th17@gmail.com. Before an account can be deleted, its connected channels must be removed or transferred by an authorized administrator so that channel ownership remains explicit.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect Ojoo Creator Workspace data. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and promptly remove or reconnect a channel if you believe its authorization may no longer be valid.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Ojoo Creator Workspace changes or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when we do. Questions about this policy can be sent to ojoo.th17@gmail.com.
